Refund policy

7-day right of withdrawal

TomatoMaster is sold globally but operated from Brazil. To comply with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/90, Article 49), we grant every customer — Brazilian or not — a 7-day right of withdrawal on any purchase. You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

  • Email contact@lucianosantos.dev with the email address you used to purchase and the date of purchase. We process refunds within 5 business days.
  • Or cancel from the Manage Subscription screen inside the app, then email us to request the refund.

What we refund

  • The full amount you paid, in the original currency.
  • Payment processor fees are absorbed by us — Stripe doesn't refund them, but you receive the full price.
  • Annual and lifetime purchases follow the same 7-day window. After day 7, refunds are at our discretion.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a Monthly or Annual subscription anytime from the Manage Subscription screen inside the app. Premium features stay active until the end of the current billing cycle; afterwards the app reverts to the free tier. Cancellation outside the 7-day window does not entitle you to a refund of payments already collected.
